I don't think it's Woodson's decision to make...especially if resources have already been put into place to hire his replacement...

 I'm just telling you that there are in fact discussions of this. Now whether it happens or not...who knows. Maybe its a nothing burger...but the fact remains, with the recent winning, he may not go away into "retirement" quietly.

I understand what you're saying and that might be the key to all of this and hoping you are right...there have been at least some whispers and discussions going around and if he gets key backing of some boosters again. It's not necessarily a foregone conclusion.

Agree with this. Woodson should have literally zero input on this and if he does, IU deserves its status as an also-ran basketball program.

Yeah, how are you going to stay another year when you refuse to do interviews and have burned some bridges? Not that it mattered but throwing a temper tantrum on the way out isn't going to help your cause.
