Sure. But he never said he saw the terms of the penalty to that specific NDA. He asked someone with NDA knowledge what a typical penalty would be. You challenged him that he saw THAT NDA.

No. I’m saying you can’t simultaneously argue that the reason there are no leaks is because the NDAs are likely ironclad but then also imply you’re somehow in the know.
