It wasn't like they chose one over the other (and there weren't only 2 options), but they got deeper in with Carlyle right away. It's also not like Carlyle hadn't produced at all as a freshman at Stanford. He was pretty good and and pretty good target for a sophomore jump. Like everyone else under the Mike Woodson program, improvement was few and far between. Jeff Flabjohns, 8bucks, Demo and 1 other 4 Quote

pappy1865 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 I wouldn't be surprised if he follows Miller to Texas...but we need to do all we can to try and keep him in the midwest. Especially if Miller keeps Jayson Kent and Julian Larry. They made a formidable trio here in the Haute. Sent from my SM-G986U using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Think I’d rather have Johnathan Powell than B. Tucker — just not convinced he’s going to translate his physical tools to being a winning player, don’t think the jumper’s there and he’s not on track to bring enough else to make up for it. Would love to be wrong, and I’m curious to see what DDv makes of him if he stays. Jeff Flabjohns 1 Quote
