Not that I'd advise it, but a lot of the contract could be negotiated remotely via phone or web conference theoretically.

Zero chance Fred Glass was there today guys. This flight had to be about Crean & Mizzou. Flying into St. Louis is easier, also many mizzou peeps can get to St Louis quickly, not a big deal. If it was Crean, we'll know tomorrow.

No chance that secret will stay silent, players will know, they'll talk. Especially the ones leaving this season. The cat will be out of the bag soon if that really was him taking the Mizzou job.

Lol, the arguments on that Mizzou board are funny. There was one guy that brought up Crean's first three years shouldn't count against him, maintain the third year is debatable. Someone responded bringing up the fact that with this year the other 6 he would have accounted for having a .500 or worse record in conference for half of those years. People acted like that was a good track record, their standards are so low. Crean literally is the perfect fit for them. 

Saw a guy on Twitter say he just misses seeing Mizzou in the NIT. I wish I was kidding.

How high can their standards be though? Kim Anderson never. won. a. road. game.

Would think "timing" would have to be one of the items negotiated...when can he start?   Its going to be a long time if Hoosier Nation has to wait until the end of OKC's season.

I think they would love him there. And I think he would have a solid amount of success (by their standards of course) there as well. Seeing him get to play UK every year would be great too, you know he'd knock Cal out every once in a while.

I'm ok if he finishes the season. Just announce it. Put together the staff and have them work on recruiting, player retention and teaching the boys what a screen is

Agree, the only thing that gives me pause is whether or not he has the energy/desire for another rebuild.

Then again, maybe that's what he specializes in.  Bringing a program back from the ashes into respectability.
