Both are top ten teams, but both IU and Miami have been criminally under-ranked at the start of this season. Yes, Miami is definitely good, probably better than last year, but...... Florida A & M (obviously) appears to be a really bad team. I have a feeling that Miami's focus is to "leave no doubt" in anyones mind where they feel they belong. JMO ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

JMO Miami is beating the teams they are supposed to beat but they are doing it in an "ON A MISSION" fashion. They only have two decent teams on their schedule. Right now, I don't see how they stay out of the CPD. And going undefeated isn't out of the question. Artie86 and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
Demo Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Is that really a more interesting question? I know we talked about this with Montverde basketball a couple of years ago but football’s such a different animal. Would think, say Purdue, would beat the absolute living mess out of any HS team. Am I wrong? Quote

Am I wrong? You are correct. And that should give Barry Odom an idea - Purdue should be playing their out of conference games against high school teams. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

Am I wrong? I’m not clicking that so as not to give him any more interactions, and it’s probably bait anyway, but I certainly hope he’s getting dragged in the replies. What a stupid premise. To your Purdue point, they beat ISU handily last week and ISU would wax the best high school team in America. You’d have to get pretty far down Bill Connelly’s 1-7XX rating of CFB teams from FBS-NAIA before I start listening to an argument. Demo and RaceToTheTop 2 Quote
