100% pass interference. But it doesn’t matter. ND will make the playoffs anyways. And they probably should

Maybe, but I can’t get real upset about it when the WR makes the initial contact and the DB has his head around. Particularly not bothered after the terrible DPI on ND’s last drive in the 1st half.

Watching Oregon-Nebraska right now. It’s like getting a gift game because I don’t know who won. But gotta say, of all the terrible Oregon uni combos the black and green with the silver numbers are absolutely the worst. God are they hideous.

It won’t be, but if ND loses to Miami, it should be knocked out of any playoff contention. Those schedule merchants shouldn’t be rewarded for creating its own schedule, beating a bunch of mediocre P4 slop, and then losing its only two tough games.

IU remains at #5 in SP+, Offense and Special Teams take a hit, but Defense moves up 2 spots to #2.

We’re close to being really pretty darn good… very frustrating we can’t quite get the offense to click.

We’ve had close wins that went our way.  Eventually it goes against ya.

Fingers crossed we figure it out.

It would help our cause if Northwestern and Nebraska do well. Not surprised Nebraska choked again. Northwestern played with its food before escaping MSU 24-21.

I don’t think that stuff makes any difference. They have the ball on their racket. Go to Ann Arbor and beat that mess of a team down. Lay a dominant win on USC and then finish out the year gaining momentum, something they haven’t really had all season, and they’re gonna be in the playoff easily and then we’ll see what we’ve got. But if UM turns out to be some 17-13 game you’ve got to start questioning how good this team actually is. Right now I’m not sold. We’ll see.

We want northwestern and Nebraska to win mostly to improve our chances of getting into the big ten championship

The problem is when you start looking at other schedules, especially in the Big 12. They’ll likely make it in with a close loss to #1 Miami. We would make it in at 10-2, just like in ‘24. Just too many teams with 1 or 2 losses already.
