MikeRoberts Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 We dug this grave and leaped into it. Let's see if we can climb out Napleshoosier 1 Quote
cjvz20 Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Maybe they did. They also took into account getting blown out by a mediocre Duke team and bad teams in UNLV and Wake. To be honest Indiana has themselves to blame.yeah but those were before the jbj injury they should take into account that we are a different team after that. I refuse to believe that Texas am Utah cal Miami Iowa st all deserved higher seeds then us. Syracuse should've never got in 19-13 and lost 5 of last 6 just terrible Quote
jhoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 I'm excited for the potential pUKe matchup. As others have said if your going to go far in the tourney you are going to have to beat good teams eventually. I think we match up well with Kentucky this year. Quote
Uspshoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Iu was 17th in the s curve they were the first 5 seed Quote
LIHoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 I say this every year; I have to spend the next 3 hours trying to find out if my cable provider still carries truTV and if so, what channel. Quote
cjvz20 Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Cal ripping the ncaa by not really ripping them lol WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Calipari is great right now. Liking his outlook right now. Man. This sucks. Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Just like the anticipated Purdue matchup. We need to get there first. HoosiersLoveBanners and 8bucks 2 Quote
Gahoosierfan Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 I am not optimistic. At least UK isn't known to slow it down, which is IU's downfall. I still haven't forgotten Wichita State's 8 uncontested layups. Even if they could miraculously beat UK, UNC is out of the question. They are well coached. WayneFleekHoosier 1 Quote
HoosierAloha Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Tickets vs Kentucky just skyrocketed A ton of trailers just went up for sale in Kentucky. Coincidence? FloridaHoosierGirl, Defenserocks28, Napleshoosier and 1 other 4 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 I am predicting 4 Alley oop completed dunks against us if we face UK. They are great at that play and we don't like protecting the rim much. HoosierAloha 1 Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Other coaches ripping Calipari. Lol. Quote
HoosierAloha Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Glad that UM game didn't cost us. Also, our gents will be well rested after bowing out on Friday and Chattanooga will be tired after winning their conference tourney on March 7th.... Bring on Chattanooga, bring on Stony Brook, bring on puke, bring on UNC, Xavier or WVU. Let's do something we haven't done for a long, long time! AKHoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Pretty ridiculous to have to potentially beat the SEC champs (UK) and the ACC champs (UNC) to advance out of the Sweet 16, especially when you're the freaking outright B1G champion. This is just such a raw deal. JaybobHoosier 1 Quote
DChoosier Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Can you not see the difference of losing an opening game of a tournament to a bubble team and losing in a title game against a 1 seed? There is a difference and is shows the importance of the conference tourney. People are just being bitter right now. The issue is Tom Crean pissing down his leg and not using his timeouts to stop the Mich run. The UK IU is purely about $$$. If IU beats Michigan we are at least a 4 seed. IU makes the fina vs MSU and we are a 3 seed as a worst case. IU lost and left themselves exposed to the committee. It was our opening game but not the BT opening round (ie not like number 1 seed IU losing to last seed Rutgers). That one game overrides a BT season , with half of games on the road, in which we win the conference by TWO games? BS. That being said, I do not think it makes any difference if we are a 5 or 4 seed. VO5 Posted March 13, 2016 Posted March 13, 2016 Yeah I'm sorry, but the realistic side of me says we don't make the sweet 16. I hope I'm wrong Trish, HoosiersLoveBanners and theriverpilot 3 Quote
