It was closer to 8 this morning for me to get some news but I'm changing from 80% Romeo to IU to 98% Romeo to IU. I think that will be the first shoe to drop of a Great IU summer.

Post game interview last night with Rabs. Major things I noticed from it.
1. Likes how much Schilling has done and says that player development is one of the biggest factors going into his decision is him getting better.
2. He understands that Darius is good but knows that once he gets to college, everyone can play and everyone can be as good as Darius. Basically shut down the idea that he'll go there because he's close to Darius.
3. The idea of a big following doesn't matter to him, his goal is to get better no matter what.
4. He doesn't think about anything post basketball so IUs alumnus doing things for him after his career hasn't been in his mind.

Also it is my opinion, and only that, that Romeo Langford's recruitment is and has been a very gray area recruitment. I am with WayneFleek that pretty much a majority of top 50 players are getting something. And also be willing to bet that 90% of 5 stars are getting something.

I think Romeo falls into our lap as a matter of last resort. I truly don’t think he loves any of these three schools. I’m sure the Langford’s are up to date on Shittu, they understand what Kansas is capable of being caught for, and have noticed a few loose allegations tied to IU. With that being said, IU offers the least amount of risk. If this decision is a business decision, risk management (keeping Romeo eligible and in the spotlight), will play a huge role. Consequently, IU makes the most sense. Romeo to IU on March 29th at 9:13 pm. My guess

Fair and probably quite accurate. This also may be why we have been "less involved" in the Romeo recruitment as of late and seem to be trailing. It is what happened with most of Crean's recruitments with like talent.

I think this is accurate.

They will find out what works and what doesn't and who gets caught and who doesn't.

Adjust and advance.

Eliminating the 1 and dones will lower the amount of money being tossed around BUT then the bidding wars start over with what is the next best available.

Can't say for sure but stands to reason. Wonder how and if this recent break of info changes things. Bozich has been riding Vandy heavy about this recruitment. Have always found that out of character.

Yeah I saw that too on TOS.  It seemed pretty positive for IU actually.

It has nothing to do with negativity. It's a matter of being skeptical v.s. being naive. Also I don't think I was being a Dick to you at all. In fact I would say it is more of a Dick move to quote numerous people to tell them in an absolute way that they are wrong because their opinion differs from yours example: Garland is coming to IU, Romeo is coming to IU, Romeo isn't taking money. I was suggesting that you didn't in fact "know" whether anything was being accepted and that it would have been better to say it in a manner of hope rather than fact. But you aren't the first nor the last to call me a Dick......probably not even today.
