Brass Cannon Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Perhaps its time to stop being mean to goats and the World Series will return. Perhaps consider letting them graze on the field during every 7th inning stretch. Bobman1 1 Quote

With the amount of poo we've seen on that field in the last century+, we dont need anymore to clean up. mdn82 and Naturalhoosier 2 Quote
KingPG21 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 According to Twitter, Starkville actually is a pretty nice college town. Which sucks for us. You're saying there are other college towns that are nice just like Bloomington is nice? That is blasphemous, everyone knows Bloomington is the only nice college town ALASKA HOOSIER, barrettballer, HoosierTrav and 4 others 7 Quote

That is blasphemous, everyone knows Bloomington is the only nice college town Don't tell anyone I told you this. But, many if not most "college towns" are nice in the same way Bloomington is nice. When students make up half the population of any small city, they'll inevitably influence the growth of restaurants or bars or cultural centers or whatever. Those things will be thought of as unique to this town because they aren't in non-college towns and most people don't live in other college towns to see how similar they are. Um, I mean, Bloomington is the only place like itself in the US! Naturalhoosier, Bobman1, Hoosier Roots and 5 others 8 Quote

Bowhunter Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I've got the same bad feeling that I did about Goodluck. I think he's heading to MSU I posted on the other forum that we went after Davis as a last ditch effort just like many of the recruits we finish second with. Has the same feel aND sound of Goodluck Quote
Walking Boot of Doom Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Article by the IndyStar regarding De'Ron's announcement. @ZachOsterman: IU top target De'Ron Davis to make college choice Thursday. Where do Hoosiers stand? https://t.co/ci3lHf8rFc #iubb Important quote: "Thinking about the move to college, Fisher said Davis has been impressed by IU coach Tom Crean's track record in player development, the opportunity to play early in Bloomington and the academic support the Hoosiers offer. But IU's biggest advantage encompasses all of that. "With Indiana, it's the environment," Fisher said. "Everything is so dedicated to Indiana basketball. The tradition is so deep, so strong. It's bigger than any one recruit, any one coach. It's a history all its own. The town of Bloomington, that is basketball central."" Also, the two items other than Howland cited by De'Ron's coach Danny Fisher as MSU's selling were academics and the strength and conditioning resources. Indiana just so happens to compete very well in those categories with seemingly every program in the country. Stuhoo, JaybobHoosier, maxwell and 3 others 6 Quote

In a show of optimism, I believe Coach Crean will no longer need apologists after the incredible season we have coming up. The only thing we have to fear now are Walking Boots marking the decimation of our limited resources in the front court. DAMN YOU FOOT INJURIES! IUsafety, thebigweave, Bobman1 and 5 others 8 Quote

If y'all could read their texts instead of their Twitter feed, you'd know what that decision was. So your saying the Department of Homeland Security already knows? Sorry---couldn't resist!
