Seriously though, I can surely find some comments like that, and tons saying he was going to be an all-star. That's simply the nature of having a large group of diverse fans discussing a topic. I mean, who wants to go into the April or Priller thread and find the people talking about how Crean may have done it again with a diamond in the rough and how everyone was wrong last time they discounted whatever player. It's just the nature of discussions between multiple humans.

Technically you're right. He did get 15 minutes while appearing in 6 games.

The IU commit did what he was known for and that was shoot. As a matter of fact, he’s a great shooter. He always knows where to be when running the floor to spot up for the 3. Gelon has an excellent shooting touch and mechanics and every shot looks like it is going in.  In addition, Gelon knows how to work well with the big man off the ball screen. He has a great attitude and work ethic and advanced understanding of the game.

I wonder if Gelon is recruiting DD, Mario, and BB to IU. That's one of the reasons I LOVE his early offer and commitment.

Nope, seems to be a random number. Kris Wilkes was No. 68 I think and he is a top ten recruit nationally.

I don't think it is that. Random numbers. Because at the camp they kept referring to Wilkes as the best in Indiana, regardless of class.  I saw a few highlight videos and the kids wearing numbers 1 and 2 weren't kids that were well known at all( I follow recruiting and high school basketball and didn't recognize them at all)
