Dakich may end up getting this right and Swanigan may end up at Purdue----but it sure seems like Dakich jumped the gun.  Swanigan to Purdue may be "done"---but it sure seems like somebody forgot to tell Cal because they are still trying to get in on this.  They have a major recruiting pitch to make---5 star players don't go to Purdue!  The longer this drags on the less likely I think Swanigan is to go to PU.  Thoughts?

Originally, it looked more likely he was going to Cal.  I was shocked when he picked MSU.  A business decision doesn't sound like Purdue.  At least it isn't a good business decision.  

 

The only game I saw Swanigan play, he whined at the refs after every play.  With a guardian that sounds like a problem to a future coach, Izzo might have dodged a bullet.

A perfect world would be that this recruitment wouldn't be sketchy, Crean and company swoop in last minute, he commits to IU, plays the 4 in place of HMP, and IU makes a title run. Wishful thinking
