Castle Newton and Diarra are locking down the perimeter. Cam Spencer is a do it all guy on offense... love how their guards rebound. We'll see how the second half goes.

Purdue 3 assists on 13 makes in the first half.  Obviously they are in the game but if the second half goes anything like the first, can't see them winning.

I wish that would happen, but not certain of that.  He's been playing 40 minutes in games in the tourney....although obviously not having to be as active as he's been today.

Defensively he's gotten blocks but I think U Conn has figured out that you don't have to drive at him since he drops off.

What will really be interesting is if Clingan picks and pops out for a 3, which he can make. Edey will have to come out on him leaving the lane open

Remember the name Earl Calloway?  And how Painter tried talking trash to him during a game and TO.  Coaches should be more grown up but quite honestly the shift in Purdue players’ attitudes after they think they’ve accomplished something this tournament is laughable.
