I doubt Suggs stays another year, especially if they win it all, so he will be able to make money on this tournament run and that shot very soon as he won't have to worry about eligibility.

It was always going to be Hubert Davis. That's why he stayed there as an assistant for so long. If public reports are correct, they didn't even reach out to anyone outside of the Carolina family. I have respect for that, but I wonder if UNC can work as ones first head coaching gig. He's never even led a high school program before. But he may have been practically coaching that team for the past few years for all we know.

This doofus doesn’t even realize he’s undermining his own argument. He clowned the Woodson hire. North Carolina is a better job than IU, and yet they hired someone with a worse resume than IU. Mike Woodson was a head coach in the NBA for nine seasons. Hubert Davis, not so much. This is what happens when you give someone in mom jeans an audience.

Before this game gets going tonight I wanted to thank all of you for hanging out in this thread all year and talking hoops.  While most will go into hibernation, Old Fart and myself and some others will update the recruiting cycle this year and hopefully I will get a chance to go to some events.   Old posters no place I would rather be talking college basketball with so can’t wait to do it again next year.  New posters don’t be strangers and jump in the conversation next year for the best sport on the planet.   This sport always delivers. Enjoy the game tonight

If Gonzaga wins, I won't be happy. But but if any is going to unseat IU as the last undefeated, I'd rather it be them than Kensucky, Duke, NC, Purdue,Illinois or others.
