mamasa Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 Rupp Rafters is hysterical now- most agreeing that they’ll lose 3 or 4 of next 4, name calling, ready for NIT...Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners southsidehoosier, thebigweave, theriverpilot and 4 others 6 1 Quote

Then Calipari will just promote the "Platoon" system again and how it's the best thing since sliced bread. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners mobile app ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

AKHoosier Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 Cal is definitely wearing out his welcome. BBN is tired of sloppy, inconsistent basketball. Could this be the year Cal bolts for the NBA? This is his 10th year of being at UK, correct? He did say he wouldn't be at UK for more than 10 years..... HinnyHoosier and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote
Popular Post TheWatShot Posted February 7, 2018 Popular Post Posted February 7, 2018 I feel like I've spent my entire life waiting for Calipari to leave UK, Belichick/Brady to leave New England and for IU basketball to stop being a three-ring circus and be an elite program again. AKHoosier Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 UK could be in the middle of a 4-game losing streak too. Next two games are at Texas A&M, then at Auburn. Quote
TheWatShot Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 It's actually his 9th season, but I don't put much stock into the 10-year thing anyway. This is starting to feel like 4 years ago when UK fans were howling about how they were tired of chasing talent resulting in perpetual roster turnover and players who didn't play well together. Their season, which had started with talks of 40-0 and a preseason #1 ranking, was going off the rails. Then, Calipari got himself kicked out of a game at South Carolina, they went on that improbable run, and just a few months later they had one of the best rosters in the history of college basketball. His contract runs through 2024, and he's always going to be capable of getting top 5 classes. When you do that every year, you're going to hit it big occasionally. I don't know, I just feel like a year from now at this time they'll be right back in the top 5 again and he'll be saying he has no plans of going anywhere. Quote

woodenshoemanHoosierfan Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 Wish someone would call Bryce Drew out besides Bozich. Also that rumor that Clemson offered Zion Williamson 350k has some legs. So what did Duke offer? Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile appLink? I'm not doubting, but would like to read it.Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk Quote

They'll either have to up the ante or "struggle." Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
ebridges24 Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 I find it very hard to believe that Jordan Murphy, playing the style he plays, shoots 0 free throws in a whole game. Quote
WayneFleekHoosier Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 One of my friends uncle is Zions high school coach and apparently clemson was offering 350k to go there. Absolutely no clue if that has any truth to it but I thought it was interestingStarted here. Been some Twitter debate since then. some deleted tweets from HS coach.
