Great Win. Love to see these guys knocking down big shots and working hard.  Some have expressed a concern for ball movement slowing down when Tayton Conerway returns from injury.  I understand that thought but I also feel the ball slows down the most when he is looking for an opportunity to drive to the rim. I believe if our guys continue to knock down shots he will not hinder ball movement with or without Enright on the floor. I'm also thankful on the nights from here on out when we are not lighting it up from the arch that he will offset some of that by getting to the rim.

I talk poop about Bailey all the time but he played great D on the bigs last night.

Same with Tucker. He was really physical and grabbed some big boards. Those two really came up big on defense. I mean…they were getting abused a bit, but they came up with enough stops to make a difference.

A notably good pic (from @dukedynamite)

Once again, proof that if this program can show sustained signs of life there will be plenty of support.

Great pic.  Just give us something to cheer about and we will show up.

Kinda funny that under our current and previous coaches, and with PU having their best stretch ever, we are 5-4 against them.

I'm not gonna hang my hat on our head to head record and pretend everything is great, but that is amusing.

Man those Archie years were rough.

Didn't he never beat Purdue in his 4 years?

Correct.  While head to head vs. Purdoo isn't a primary metric to be evaluated on in my opinion, when you're that bad (especially at home) it certainly became an issue.

I did do a little social media check.  They're down bad.  And they were VERY aware we honored our national champion football team before the game.  I guess that's not surprising given how obsessed they are with IU.

Yeah. No coincidence that Cig was there, of course. I mean, we all noticed the basketball team suddenly started improving once Cig no longer had to actively coach football. Everyone suddenly seems more disciplined with more hustle too. HMMMMMMMMMMMM I WONDER

0-7 in 4 years, I think he had a couple of close games, but a lot of them were 10+ victories for Purdue.

Cig sitting courtside during the game. Players clearly are taking a regular peek at the most iconic, intimidating coach in America in any sport.

IU players' reaction? snoop dogg is dancing in a black and white photo . he is wearing a hat and a black shirt .

Purdue players' reaction? Legal Lee Anne Locken Butthole Housewives Lee Anne Locken GIF
