He had an entire roster to fill, so I’m giving him a pass for the roster flaws this time. I also am making an assumption that this year was about showing recruits the style of play we want to play. Which should make it easier next year. Probably will have to over spend on a big though. 

What is the style of play though? Early in the season it felt like there was a lot of movement on offense. Now it's just a lot of guys standing around. When we've played athletic teams like Louisville and Kentucky, we're not getting any good looks

The board isn’t even bad anymore. Nobody cares, look at the crowd size for home games. IU admin has been so bad fans actually quit caring

Our sunshine pumpers have allowed us to hire and keep Archie and Woody.  I blame them as much as anything for where we are now

Yep. We all just agree we suck. 
 

Still Mind boggling we spent a fortune for Woodson then went bargain on DeVries. That being said we have poor execution and crappy effort

Filling 6-8 spots is still a lot different than filling 13 spots, so there's reason to believe the $$ allocation can work better this cycle. The big question... can this staff accurately scout and prioritize targets?

Gone, gone, and gone for the first three. This team is going to be nearly unrecognizable for the second year in a row. If Devries fails to build a strong roster for the second year in a row, he’s likely not even seeing three years.
