Scholarship numbers are fluid this time of year, but with Johnson, Sneed and Kosin entering the portal and Moore joining the squad I have CCC and Crew at 79 scholarships for '25 (including Kidwell and Langston.). Still needs at OL, DL/DE, Safety, and I wouldn't be surprised to see another depth signing at QB, TE, and WR.

….would love to get Cam Camper back from Boise State! He leads the team in yards as wide receiver…He not in the portal, but you never know till after all the dust settles….

2 things here: 1) watched 1 of those day in the life videos of him. Seems like a good kid who’s had a pretty tough go of it. Imagine he ended up there because he still had grade issues. He was taking 5 classes during his 1st summer semester. 2) Kid’s a freaking specimen. He’s the quintessential “1st off the bus” guy.

If we could get 1 of the 4, he would be my choice. I hope the staff can convince him to go to IU for his final year.

Something Osterman has mentioned a few times is the idea of incorporating Transfer Fees (gaining program compensates losing program) similar to European Soccer - I doubt it will gain steam in the States in the immediate future, but it is an interesting idea.

For those schools, it would be a lifesaver for programs and could help maintain or even upgrade facilities.  I doubt it would happen but it's something that should be looked at.

I like the idea of schools having to pay the program losing the player.  The money could go into that schools NIL.  Helping them continue to develop their program.

SEC and Big Ten could further solidify their dominance if they worked together to negotiate these with other conferences.

Social media follows are always a bit polarizing, but it is worth noting that CCC has started following three new veteran/grad transfer-type QB's over the last 24-48 hours, see below.  I don't know if CCC and Crew will land any of the new follows, but I view this as a very clear signal he will be adding another veteran QB this cycle.

For context, the only other positions I am seeing multiple follows are TE, WR, and DE/DL.

Oh yeah, they need to make a hard push on  Zevi Eckhaus because I want a kid on the roster named Zevi Eckhaus.
