Pribula could mean that Mendoza is out, but it could just be due diligence too. This thing moves so fast that if you miss on your main guy in a big position of need, you're sitting there on Dec. 28th with your thing in your hand.

Like I said, He's visiting Iowa and Iowa already got their QB. Its interesting.

I've been holding this one back because there's plenty of logical reasons for it, but...they did give Mendoza some snaps this year. None for Cherry.

At the very least I found it interesting.

They both got snaps against W. Illinois. Mendoza came in before Cherry though.

Someone beat me to it

Iowa just needs to keep swinging until they hit. I swear, I will never understand how Ferentz watched Cade McNamara’s 3 years of meh at Michigan and thought , “Yeah, I gotta get us some of that right there.”

Im just gonna trust cig on this one!

His commit graphic is killing me. Just erased all Wisconsin/UA logos off the jersey, added the Adidas logo and let it rip. So goes portal recruiting lol.

Doesn't look like much of a receiving threat but maybe he's a good blocker?

Also, they're not all going to be starter quality. IU needs some depth as well. He's played 34 games for a B1G team the last 3 years so he brings experience at this level with a team that has been good more often than not.

Except it doesn’t look like he HAS played in that many games. His game log says he played in 4 games in 2023 and 7 games in 2024. So hopefully he’s a depth piece and a good locker room guy.

At about 250 I would assume he is a blocking TE.

Taylor Lehman is saying he led UW TEs in snaps this season. 21st nationally in TE pass blocking grade per PFF.

Is anyone else watching the JMU bowl game like they’re watching a triple A team wondering who we’re gonna call up in the next couple years?

wouldn't you be pretty surprised if we don't get one JMU kid?
