just watched Drake's highlights. Man that kid can handle the ball well and really looks for his shot. Id love to have him. I think if he commits, we will really need to put all focus on a big guy. Not that coach isnt, but its time for a rim runner.

if Drake commits, I like that he'll be a quality bench guard that has more than 1 year left of eligibility.  He could grow into a starter as early as next year(2026-2027 season AND stick around for an additional year if i am not mistaken).  So 2 years at JUCO, 1 year at Drexel, 2 years at IU seems plausible.

I want to see some bench guys with 2 or 3 years of eligibility left so we are not a complete rebuild every year.

I don’t think s rim runner is as important as some defense. Unless Miles or Wilkerson surprise by being really good defenders, we’re really thin defensively outside of the pg spot.

The uptick in paychecks this year is crazy. We are probably not far from top 10 quality teams needing $10,000,000 just for the starting lineup.

One of the valid arguments prior to NIL was that many of the kids helped drive revenue but couldn’t even afford to get a strom at Nicks. Now we are in a place in which some of those kids could buy Nicks.
