I may be missing something, but I went back a few pages in multiple threads and I’m not seeing hidden posts from anyone.

Yeah, I've been in the thread during the back and forth and haven't seen anything that was posted and then removed.  The conversation was certain a whole lot tamer here than in other threads.

starting my 24th and what you’re saying is not adding up.

This is what I cannot understand. It seemed that your info, KathyC and Yeagleys was sort of aligned until the star story about him coming back. Now as more of her info comes out it does not at all match up with what you had heard.  We haven’t heard from @JerryYeagley23 yet to see what he thinks happened. Not sure what to believe but hoping that somehow the BP news got out too early and this was a way to distract from that for a week or so.

Hoping.

Bunch of my stuff hidden it appears.  No personal attacks.  Besides pointing out administration and coaching failures and reasons that directly correlate to Liam de-committing.

Definitely not hidden because of that! I can tell you 100% I haven’t touched your posts, and I was the one that cleared the personal attack posts.

I also hid some posts that quoted personal attacks, but you don’t ever respond to those so that shouldn’t have affected you.

Respect-

It’s whatever just had some missing stuff that I didn’t think went over the top. Just putting some questions and comments on Cathy’s posts. I might have been strong but I didn’t think I overstepped bounds as I have nothing against her but I do blame the administration in general for our failures. And continue to do so. But I’ve got nothing personal with Cathy, just reinforced my feelings and reasonings.

It was not any KathywithaC posts. Some of the nastiness toward Steuben and his responses were dumped. A few comparisons to political figures, the usual.

Even on that front, little was hidden—and your posts get lots of ‘likes’ from me.

Believe Dolson is a damned good AD. He has now been boxed in by others. He has done very well with the Cignetti hire. He did well do lower the buyout agreement with Allen. He is raising a ton for NIL. Top 10 in the country. This will be a make or break and I believe he understands that.

Because he is being boxed in by others, it now appears he is nothing but a “YES” man for the basketball program

Not happy to lose McNeely, but agree that if he’s a one and done guy he should play somewhere he can feel certain he’ll be in the tournament.

That being said, Kansas isn’t playing well right now with what has been called the best starting 5 in college basketball

But there lies the problem Woodson only recruited one and dones and got none. Now we have no recruits.

Right! You need plan A, B, C, D, and E. I'm not sure he had plan A.

And, don’t forget, not only was he a Tar Heel, he was also the first to play on a #1 ranked team and coach a #1 ranked team.

He also won AP National Coach of the Year in 2001; two years later he was fired. Because, despite playing on a National Championship team for UNC, it was clear he was not a good fit for the job.

Performance. That is what matters most. How great you were as a player or how popular you are isn’t the criteria - or shouldn’t be.

Great apples to apples comp!

And Matt didn't have the luxury of NIL and TP, to do a quick fix

Some similarities. Some big differences…

Doherty was hired, in large part because he had the endorsement of Michael Jordan. Similar to Woodson and QB.

Doherty brought in some very high end talent, Sean May, Raymond Felton, Rashad McCants. Similar to the talent Woodson brought to IU.

Doherty’s second season was 8-20. He also had players leaving mid season. He had an on court screaming match with a Duke assistant coach and called Duke’s cheerleaders ugly.

Upon resigning, the AD cited that as much as not winning, the lack of quality character was as much of an issue.

As I said, similarities, but not exactly the same story

Cathy, it’s laughable for you to claim you're neither a defender nor critic of this approach then respond like this.

lol. No need for me to respond to any of your posts going forward.

Sorry if I offended you. Could you see how one may interpret saying that other schools have more involvement from their BOT, as defending the approach which you claimed to be neither a defender nor critic of?
