Ryno6284 Posted January 13, 2025 Posted January 13, 2025 At least CTC's first year teams had fight to them! We all knew he was building, but they competed and we all stuck with them! This season, and the last decade for that matter, have been nothing close to that effort! I think that is where most of the discontent comes from. Also, Mike Woodson's arrogance! I'm not sticking up for CTC, but at least we had some hope...All hope seems lost now with Woody! Home Jersey, SlammySammy, tkbbn and 4 others 7

Has to know the B1G . Better conference. Better facilities. Better NIL. Next might be Jan’s, who coaches at a football school. If it’s a couple of years before Woodson is gone, I would keep an eye on Jerrod Calhoun from Utah State. Coached at Youngstown State so knows the Midwest. And bonus, we’d be able to resurrect “Calhoun’s health is the word.” He just signed an extension last month with a huge buyout so he isn't leaving ISU Home Jersey, Muskie plays the four and Pagoda 3

Ryno6284 Posted January 13, 2025 Posted January 13, 2025 I'm a Raiders fan...These 2 teams are almost the same for me. Great History with the last titles coming back in the 80's. Both teams making the championship around 2001-2002, both losing! IU having great hope around 2012 and crapping the bed! Raiders having great hope around 2016 and Derek Carr getting hurt on Christmas Eve! Raiders firing Antonio Pierce...new coach to be determined! Hopefully an IU coaching change in the near future to also give some promise going forward! Thank God for Coach Cig and the IUFB team this year! Raw NIL gets a school in a recruitment, if you don’t have the NIL you get dropped early, but the staff still has to close with the pitch to the player. Woody has consistently flubbed this, Haralson and Mullins being the latest examples. Heck I think our NIL offers were actually a fair bit higher than the schools they picked! Woody is that bad. I was watching the PSU-IU game with a buddy who's a Duke fan.... at one point he turned to me and said "holy $h*t, did I just see not one, but two IU players dive on the floor for a loose ball???" Popular Post Class of '66 Old Fart Posted January 13, 2025 Popular Post Posted January 13, 2025 IMO Dolson has been back channeling since the end of last season with the level of back channeling only increasing as the months have gone by. He'll have everything in place by the time the season ends. Woody will announce his retirement - he's not going to get fired - saying he's done his job and shortly thereafter Dolson will announce our new coach. New coach will be able to hit the ground running for the portal and the '25 AAU season. Dave from Dayton, Ryno6284, OliviaPope40 and 8 others 10 1
