I wanted him gone after last season and he hasn't done anything this year to show us that he can turn this program around. If you are happy with a mediocre program and coach more power to you but I am tired of just being another program. Maybe I got spoiled early in my life seeing IU win big ten championships and 3 national championships by the time I was 17. I just expect way more than hoping to make the tournament going into the last few weeks of the season

I’m looking at the jobs he had.  After his stint as an NBA head coach (he was fired), he was an NBA assistant.  He kept interviewing for NBA head coaching jobs, but he didn’t get any of them.  He was stuck as an NBA assistant.

You mean how much Buckner was willing to pay him. It is obvious if it were up to Dolson that Woodson would have never been hired as the coach. Also why didn't Woodson ever get another HC in the NBA if he was such a great coach.

No other college in the country would have paid Mike Woodson $4.5 million to coach their program. 

The “market”, is his Alma Mater where his best buddy and a couple deep pockets were able to get him the job. Plain and simple. Mike Woodson just isn’t a good college coach, and the market will soon show that if he’s let go and doesn’t retire.

LTFOL, the "market" for MW as a college HC consisted wholly of how much Quinn Buckner could squeeze out of IU and absolutely no one or nowhere else.

Apparently not a 5th generation IU business school grad.
