The “compromise” by Dolson to let this go down this way saved us some good cash on the buyout. Lot of litigation today. Make no mistake about it, this was not Woody’s decision to retire.

You won’t even wait for the next coach to prove that he is a lazy narcissist that speaks in the third person, hires a corpse as an assistant, can’t coach, won’t recruit, proclaims himself to be the king (despite having a terrible record), whines to the AD that you hurt his feelings when you boo him, wants to run an antiquated offense and defense, questions your fandom, celebrates losses with cigars, vino, and a round at Pebble Beach, refuses to hold any players accountable, and pisses away $6M on a team that needs more time to play together before they can be expected to lose by less than 20 to inferior teams before you want him fired.
 

Why would anyone want to coach in this pressure cooker?

Because some people aren’t thin skinned, don’t give a damn what fans like us think from our couch or what people put on social media apps, love to compete and love to coach and want to coach at a university they love and want to win.
