I've never been a big Rabby guy...but he does a pretty good job walking through the frustrations felt with Mike Woodson...

He did say when asked about him resigning during the season, that Woodson wants to fight to the end and right the ship. Said he had heard some second hand stuff about a midseaon retirement announcement with him finishing the season, but that Woodson still thinks they can salvage the season over the next 10 games, make the tourney and make some noise.

Woodson also doesn't think it's his job to get the players shots. He's delusional.

I saw your latest post and now that is some work. Tracking it back to Christmas. I'm impressed. I was just saying that the day you started there has already been a meeting. A couple of us on here were already looking. I kept his plane info from last time. I also don't think they are always using his plane but from what I remember and was told they were meeting at his house in Boca. I could be wrong though.

Yea that is what we had come up with also, which with the first plane I posted, made up a story that Ned picked up Fuzzy, was coming to pick up Scott, to meet Brad at Indy executive.  I kind of meant it as a joke, but it didn't come off that way.  It's all good, just wanted to clarify.

Depends entirely on the mindset of the stakeholders, imo. They might need to step back and get some altitude on the matter while they take the cultural temperature of things. Do the optics matter? Sure. But there are myriad shapes to this and it needs to breathe. Moving on midseason is punchy, but could disrupt organizational synergy. It’s really that simple.

The inference here is that there is organizational synergy.

Everyone knows these last 10 games won’t end the way he wants or thinks.  This is the same exact delusional coach who said he done his job last year and still thinks he is doing his job this year.  I guess only doing about 10% of your complete job, which is just showing up to the games, is doing your job, then that is delusional

I found this pretty interesting.... I was meandering over on ESPN and noticed an article on Nashville's new WNBA team slated to start in 2028 with the new team name (Nashville Summitt) that Honors Pat Summitt.

.....anyway, back to how I am tying it into this thread.....lol

It's obvious Coach Woodson doen't think like this! I would love the next, new coach to have this type of drive and motivational quote about his resume'....

Here's how I'm going to beat you. I'm going to outwork you. That's it. That's all there is to it.” — Pat Summitt (Former University of Tennessee Women's Basketball Coach)Mar 12, 2020

Mike Woodson doesn't prepare for opponents. Opponents have to prepare for Mike Woodson.

and in some instances, he doesn't even know who their opponent is... kind of makes it harder to prepare... but then, after all, he is Mike Woodson, the King of Indiana and the hardest working man in college basketball.

Now he's attributing the characteristics of Chuck Norris to himself. :)

Michigan, Michigan State, Saskatoon, doesn't matter; they have to be ready for Woodson's 1980s systems. They'll never know what hit them.
