I realize there are many other issues but PSU is 10-20 from the three and we are 4-14.  It’s beyond comprehension that this has been an issue for 7 or so years.

Cupps isn't a 'game manager' right now.  He's a 'game avoider'.  In 28 minutes he has 2 shots, 2 rebounds, 0 assists and isn't fast or big enough to defend at this level yet.
