WTH. I've got to watch video.  If he can actually play the 3 that would be unreal?  I always thought he had the game of a 4.  But if somehow Reneau, Ware, Mgbako can play on the floor together, that seems B-A-N-A-N-A-S.

Wahab is worth having, but he was turrrrible as a  starter when he played for Maryland. He's the kind of guy that keeps a team ahead of Minnesota.

Video watched.  I believe he can play the 3.  Moreso, I believe he want's to play the 3.  Slick player.  Every school pushed.  So, is this a top 4?

I hear ya, but looking at all the additions, it's length, athleticism, VCU staples.  Wahab is just a playable decent piece but the total list is pretty good for PSU.  Surprising pull IMO.

Yes. He can play on the perimeter and defend.

They have a personal connection to Louisville.  And Kansas is just plain hard to beat unless the roster is jammed up/filled.  Probably still a hugely uphill battle for us, and with the Ledlum stuff we are probably a little late???

Offensively, he can play on the wing, no problem. Ok handle. Not a great 1st step, but he can straight line drive it. He’s not a facilitator, he’s looking for his offense. The defense might come and go a little. He’s not great laterally, so if he catches a bad matchup, say like Penn St last year running 4 guards around in an open system, that could get dicey. But his effort isn’t an issue and he should be good enough most of the time.

It's remarkable because so many of the guys he follows were either high school teammates, fellow McDonald's AA's, or associated with Duke basketball.
