People forget how there have been bench players in college who end up as first round picks.  Ultimately JHS has a higher NBA ceiling than a player like Romeo Langford did because Langford can't shoot.  Langford was a 14th pick.

Wonder who was involved in that possession to give a WIDE OPEN look. Although it should be noted that they missed more when they were wide open in the second half.

TBF, you…nor I…know what they’re taught in practice. A very viable strategy in that situation is to trap the ballhandler and have the big rotate out to cover the shooter, because it literally doesn’t matter if any big inside the three point line is left unguarded.

It could be Kopp’s fault or anyone else’s. The bigger problem is that defensive communication continues to be an issue. They were so busy celebrating going up 3 they momentarily forgot to hustle back and communicate with each other. Disappointing but we escaped.

It’s a good thing woody is bald, because this team would have me pulling my hair out.

Frustrating game but a huge one. Plenty to work on and complain about…but ultimately winning it is an enormous deal for seeding, BTT double-bye, etc.

Look on the bright side: gonna have 3 or more games to incorporate an all-league caliber guard before the big dance.

Frustrating?!?

It was awesome

The Q is….. WHY do we have to make it so HARD?!?

We crushed Illinois at Illinois, during that run of dominant games. The difference is who’s now playing and how much. We’re not the same team now. Of course like the W, but we’re just not the aggressive attacking open up the lanes team we were at this point. Hope that changes

What does Woody being bald have to do with you pulling your hair out?:)

This game was awful, it was annoying, it was frustrating. But I think we've actually learned how to win.  Games like this and Michigan would have been losses under Whats His Name.  Now they're wins.  This team makes winning plays at the end and that makes me smile
