He seems way more focused on D this game compared to the last time I saw him in person. His hands are still a little crazy still but liking what I’m seeing against the competition.

At this point in the season I'm okay with giving guys that are even a little banged up the night off.  You aren't coming into a game against Elon thinking you'll lose (I KNOCKED ON WOOD SO AS NOT TO JINX IT), so getting some young guys some playing time might be the best positive you can get.

May we now expound on why Duncomb isn't playing more? Every time I've seen him play, my descriptor word is.... SNAKE.

Unless I misses something that he did, he was being very serpent like on everything he did. 

Is he being held back as a sleeper for next year, maybe?

Why didn't Duncomb get more minutes?  Didn't play badly when he was on the court.  Showed some real hustle while he was in the game.
