Looks like tweet was deleted. What was it?

Myles Rice in the gym using some kind of new age 'hit the flashing light pad' device with comment that it improves deflection timing and ability.

I seen that!  Last year I got it free with Xfinity but since then I kicked them to the curb because they were raising our rates so I now have DirectTV and I pay $2.99 for Peacock plus I’m am saving over $170 a month too.  Pay $2.99 to save $170, that’s a deal of a lifetime!  Woohoo!!!

If they'd have had something like this for Hanner Perea he might have been better.  I always felt he had very poor hand / eye coordination.

Comes up as a dead link to their page for me.  Maybe it expired already?

It looks like you can sign up at the peacock page and use the code STREAMTHEDEAL until the end of June ($19.99 for 12 months).

Personally I think this stuff is BS. Have you seen the vid of Luka Doncic doing one of those dribbling plus tennis ball hand-eye coordination drills and looking absolutely lost? Then he goes out on the court, has an MVP-caliber season, and starts dropping 30 points in the finals.

I think that different methods work well for different players. In fact, I'm sure of that.

So the trick is to select and apply to each player the choices from the array of training options that will lead to that particular player's best development.

Respectfully disagree and think a specific combination of inherited traits like athleticism, spatial awareness, and specific fine motor skills produce great basketball talent if practiced/applied consistently. The "drills" of this sort add negligible value at best.

2 things here: 1) Keep that picture of Rice in your mind and look at him again in 90 days. Not gonna look like the same kid. 2) Saw the kid with the football and thought, hey, why’s there a football player there, before realizing it was Jakai. Physically, he is just different.
