We must be watching a different game.  X has had a really good half and Phin has been good overall.

We must be. The one I’m watching had them both on the floor where they committed back to back turnovers between the pair of them. One on a lazy drive where X didn’t stick his feet and another on lazy simple entry pass to the high post by Phin.

We’re playing Merrimac. Those HS-level mistakes turn into the long string of errors against better teams that we continually see from those two.

I personally would like to see better (ie smarter) play out of those two. I don’t really care if they rack up a few buckets against scrub teams.

Not sure you should equate their play for the game by looking at two plays.

This unit is playing with more energy that the starters. Why is it that noticeable and how long will we have to wait before it’s not okay?!

You did see the first half when the bench was in, right?

Looks like he has tape on his shin.  Wonder if he’s been dinged up?

Just a leg sleeve. He usually wears it.

He knows that, but he is trying to develop his bench with the anticipation that a couple of those players might be counted on to finish close games, plus if team has a lead he doesn’t want any drop off.

It killed us against Wisconsin.
