I have no idea what that means but I agree.

An old Rancher is talking about politics with a young man from the city. He compares a politician to a "post turtle." The young man doesn't understand and asks him what a post turtle is.

The old man says, "When you're driving down a country road and you see a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle. You know he didn't get up there by himself. He doesn't belong there; you wonder who put him there; he can't get anything done while he's up there; and you just want to help the poor, dumb thing down."

That’s truly excellent.

Instead of wishing for IU to tank, we need to start hoping the Celtics continue to be a mediocre NBA team.

Brad has reached the finals yet and he’s been in the league since I was in high school.

Agree. Program momentum is dismal. The ugliest offense. Can Archie run anything else besides PnR?

Maybe Archie is done with the heat and he wants to move on. Could we be so lucky?

Pull a Matta and retire citing health reasons to save face. Even though Matta had actual health reasons. Then we try to get Matta it’s perfect

You’ve said something like this several times now and it really doesn’t make any sense. The Celtics have made the ECF three out of the past four seasons. They have two budding superstars under the age of 25. They’re not going to fire Brad Stevens. And if they did, plenty of other NBA teams would jump on him immediately after. He’s not coming back to college, and if he did it wouldn’t be to coach at IU.

You’ve said this before and again and again but never with any support for the truth.

Only way I see Archie lasting another 14 months is if Covid keeps fans out of assembly hall next year.
I want him gone, but I really don't think it is happening this year is if donors step up to pay his buy out, the bailout for the coach who replaces him and the new coaches 1st year salary

What?

I think he may be referring to this:

But I could be wrong, so caveat lector
