Dolson has his guy, a search firm is totally normal, they've had one for each of the searches in the last 2 hires.

It's been completely silent. Utah, Miami, FSU have hired their coaches. Indiana is waiting.

I can't keep up with everything in this thread, and have no intention of trying. But it seems people are discouraged at hearing that candidates are still being vetted. How do we know this? 

 

In the whirlwind of pages this thread added over the weekend, I saw a few posts mentioning Chris Beard again. Is this where the talk about vetting coaches originated? If so, how recently was he vetted (if at all)? 

 

Any coach could have been vetted long ago and we're just now hearing about it from someone who felt like sharing.

No one knows if there is a vetting process, the only people who know what's occuring in the search truly are the $1 million+ donors to the program, Dolson, and his legal team. Perhaps the president knows as well. The only way fans can grab information at this time is if a booster is willing to chat.

Yea, I thought about adding that and giving credit to UK fans for their ability to read statistics and process nuances.
