If you honestly believed a sitting GM from the most famed basketball franchise in the free world was honestly going to give up his post in the middle of a potential repeat…shame on you. AH is Tyme and BKG is ScottDolsenBurner. The rest makes sense after that.

AH (Tyme; can act high and mighty but he was beginning to entertain that Stevens was a 5% possibility until todays news. He’ll be due for a Twitter refresh soon enough.

And BFG just hates the fanbase in general and could give a rats @$$ about the program succeeding.

Even if the quote is not a direct denial, you just have to take what Stevens and Goodman say at face value until proven otherwise.  It may not be satisfying, but I think it’s pretty unlikely Stevens is our next coach.

I get it. He's a little odd. He isn't perfect and not my top choice. I just want to win. I'm tired of watching god awful basketball. If he's the "backup" I'm fine with that instead of an Archie Miller or Mike Woodson like hire. 

Cronin isn't incredible but if we miss on our top targets he is way way better than Woodson. Final four. Sweet sixeteens. And no nil they claim to speak of.

Wishful thinking on your part but comparing Crean’s 9 years to Mays last 3 doesn’t seem that way. Plus as your Buddy Woody knows, the Nil at Indiana is nice and sets you up for success assuming you spend it wisely. And I’d trust May or Crean to do ok with that.

Why are you so passionate about what OTHER PEOPLE choose to believe?  As soon as people start discussing anything regarding Brad Stevens with even the tiniest sliver of positivity you guys are on top of them faster than a $5 hooker. They hate us because they think we're the reason Woodson won't be coaching here anymore. Only thing that makes any sense. They want the next hire to fail so they can remind us how we really didn't have it so bad with Woodson.
