Because they knew he needed any advantage he could get since we got handcuffed to him another season. Obviously that didn't work out. No one is putting up fat cash for Brownell.

I'm talking about Archie's buyout. Rumor was a booster paid it and then we hired Woodson. That's on top of the 6 million in nil.

Agreed.  I look at Brownell or Turgeon or McDermott and say there is absolutely no way they'd be stupid enough to hire any of them.  Then I look at our administration and I'm reminded of how inept they truly are.  Can't rule anything out.

And to top it all off its not like Brownell can even bring some of this pretty good Clemson team with him. All of his top 4 in scoring are seniors who all average double figures UGH I just can't believe Dolson would truly seriously consider this guy.

Just look at the last 25 years and it's easy to see that they are indeed that stupid. I mean they brought back Woodson instead of hiring may.

Take it for what its worth, Rabjohns made a little comment about Bozich's tweet and how it was the "same order" as Hot Board 1-2 ........... he's mentioned how much he likes/ respects Bozich when he wrote is first article on the coaching search. I know Bozich is pretty plugged in but maybe a chance Rabjohns was his source ? Seeing it that way helps me calm down a bit.
