Players, coaches and fans want to wait another 3 weeks to watch, play or coach a team that they probably couldn't wait to be done with? I'm sure the ratings will be stellar. Starting at center for Indiana is 6' 5" Jordan Rayford. And at PG is some guy named Craig that IU found at the upstairs pub last night. That actually sounds like a hilarious thing to watch. If the tournament occurs, it won't be nearly that much fun ha.

I am officially doom and gloom until I see a reason not to be. We need a splash hire for instant juice. A reason to pack the hall for hoosier hysteria. Not some mid major hot shot imo Sent from my SM-S926U using Tapatalk I’d like for it to be Brad also but if not, I just hope we get a good coach. I would find excitement to see a guy like McCollum step up to the big leagues and succeed and create his own culture and make IU his masterpiece. Popular Post Trish Posted March 13 Popular Post Posted March 13 The Mike Woodson Era is finally OVER! (Please Dolson, tell the NCAA we don't want to watch this style of play anymore, we're done) There is only one man for the job to restore Indiana Basketball to glory, to eliminate the thought of the last 8 years of miserable, 2008 inspired basketball led by Archie Miller and Mike Woodson. We've tried the mid-major route, we've tried the NBA assistant / former player route. It's time for a change and once again, there is only one man for the job. His name? BRAD ******* STEVENS! - He's from Indiana - Played college basketball in Indiana - Has coached college basketball, NBA basketball, and has a clear understanding of the sport of basketball including scouting So with that being said, we say good-bye to Mike Woodson and we welcome the future of Indiana Basketball under new leadership. Get the ********* job done Dolson. skhoosier2, Chris007, tkbbn and 17 others 18 2

Popular Post HoosierHuddle Posted March 13 Popular Post Posted March 13 I'm not telling anyone how to feel about Brad Brownell. Minds are already made up on this forum and that is totally fine. I don't expect anyone to remember but I've mentioned before that I live near Clemson and follow the program pretty closely. I don't know Brad Brownell personally but I do know people at my church that work for Clemson and have a personal relationship with him. To a person, people really like Brownell. He has grown a lot as an offensive coach and has adjusted the way his teams play in the past two years. He has a whole lot of connections in the state of Indiana and I believe he'd hire a staff that would help recruit in the state very successfully. If he's the choice, I wouldn't blame anyone for being underwhelmed but I hope he'd get a chance. Anyway, this podcast conversation was before this season began and he explains why he cares about basketball and how much he loves coaching...he's a true college basketball and coaching grinder and lifer: Rising Coaches Podcast Ep 81 - Brad Brownell Ryno6284, raorIU, Ctf9 and 8 others 8 3

But he's 60 and been out of the game a decade. Not anywhere near Stevens territory. But yes I'd be happy.

Hoosierfan2017 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 10 minutes ago, PartyintheVillas said: If you want inconsistency, Collins is the guy. It doesn't matter how down the ACC is, he made the elite 8 and his computer rankings still have him top 20 both seasons regardless of how down the ACC is. Brownell has equaled Rick Barnes at Clemson. He hasn’t equaled Rick Barnes at Clemson at all. Barnes went to the NCAA tournament three times in four years, including to a sweet 16. Brownell before last year was at three times in 13 years, including just twice in his first ten years. Took him until year 8 to win a tournament game. He was at Clemson a decade longer than Barnes before he passed him in tournament appearances… That’s not equaling him. It’s great for him that he made the elite eight last year, but he’s still been a bucket of mid at Clemson. Silat Player, Kentuckysucks, IUCrazy2 and 2 others 5
