RaceToTheTop Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 Josiah Allick (New Mexico) transfers to New Mexico. 6’8” interior player averaged a shade over 8 points and 7 rebounds. edit: transferred to Nebraska. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote
Hoosierfan1901 Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 We all know Dickinson is transferring to Arkansas Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted May 3, 2023 Posted May 3, 2023 I think Dickinson makes a decent amount of money from his shirt line (Big Dickinson Energy) -- enough that where he ends probably becomes a small factor. A team that translates nationally = greater shirt sales. Kentucky and Kansas would fit that bill, not sure Maryland does. Quote

I would guess ad space on his Barstool (?) podcast brings in some decent cash too. RaceToTheTop 1 Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Jaden Bradley, 6'3" point guard from the class of 2022 and ranked 26th in the class, has committed to Arizona. Transferred from Alabama where he averaged 6.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists in 20 minutes per game. Quote
RaceToTheTop Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 This is interesting. Does seem to be a guy very connected with Kentucky hoops. Quote

The hilarious part is acting as if UK has scruples. They not only guarantee money, they find ways to provide benefits outside the scope of NIL to entice players to commit or remain at the school. Hoosierfan1901 Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 Looks like he knows where he is going, such a fun recruitment to follow Quote
JimmerNoe Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 So we want Kansas for Dickinson here right? Because that would take a huge chunk of NIL money away and bring in another guy who will be putting up a ton of shots? Also so we don’t have to play him lolSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

Whether it's Kansas or Maryland, I fully expect him to come in and drop another 20+ on us. It's why I wouldn't be upset if he picked UK. We couldn't handle him in either game last season. Considering he averaged 18.5 and 9, I think we did okay on him in Ann Arbor. woodenshoemanHoosierfan, J34, lillurk and 4 others 7 Quote

Demo Posted May 4, 2023 Posted May 4, 2023 The rub in Gillespie’s scenario is that, sure, Dickinson can switch 1-5, he just can’t hold up 1-3 and most 4’s. Auto-switching is not in his future. ALASKA HOOSIER and lillurk 2 Quote
