Louisville continues to take our lunch money and cash in on our ineptitude.

One of these days, when we have a team again, we're going to show them what's up...maybe.

I'm not yet going to agree with you, but let's put a pin in it for now. I still enjoyed your post.

It's frustrating watching what Louisville has been doing the last several days. They have the potential now to be a preseason top 5 team. We knew Louisville was going to load up on NIL, but hell, even after the Conwell commitment I thought that they would be slowing down or running out of money. NOPE! 2 days later they pick up one of the best shooters in the class LOL. We'll see how all this talent will mesh, but it's a lot.

Alright guys...besides Freeman and Dix, who else are we actually in on right now? Anyone else out there listing interest?

Are we still in on the San Francisco kid? Any Flory news? Rodney Rice visiting? UCLA Mack still in play?

Thanks.

But are we actually tied to any of those guys (Flory apparently visited/visiting)? I have seen them listed here, but is it confirmed we are actually pursuing, they have interest, visits, on any of their lists?

I posted this in the other thread, but last year they played four guards 30+ minutes each and all took a ton of threes. Those guys collectively shot around 35% from distance…and they’ve upgraded the shooting at three of those spots with 40% shooters.

Easy to see how PK was able to sell these guys on his vision

It's perfectly fine to agree with me. You don't last this many years as an IU basketball fan without finding some humor in our annual failures and shortcomings.

Meanwhile, we have all this money and playing time to offer, and here we sit.

I pulled those guys from a tracking list on peegs.com.

There is also the list on Tony Adragna's tracker, which mostly agrees but there are a few differences like Sebastian Mack from UCLA.

Man, the level of depression around here is off the charts... I'd love to have the razor blade concession around here...

Huh....Jayden Quaintance, Arizona State big, enters the portal.  McDonald's AA in 2024.  6'9" with a 7'3" wingspan.  9th rated player in the class of 2024.  Premier shot blocker, blocked 2.6 shots/game last season.  Averaged 9.4 points and 7.9 rebounds.

One catch is that he had a season ending ACL injury.  Surgery was on March 19th.  Expectatations are to be cleared for contact sometime in September and be ready to go in November.  Protected lottery pick in the 26, likely would have been one this year prior to the ACL injury.

He was too young for this years draft

I saw on X where Tyrone Riley had met with or zoomed with a bunch of schools and IU wasn't one of them.

USC, Arizona, Creighton, Texas, Kentucky, washington, Arkansas, and Grand Canyon
