rcbowla Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 A win. Really good for about 15-20 minutes. Really bad for about the same or more. Hope AF is back very soonSent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk Alford Bailey and 8bucks 2 Quote
Crimson and Cream Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 It's a win boys. Would be awesome if we get a surprise and Armaan is ready to go for little brother. ellen.walden 1 Quote

Freshman with very little game time are prone to foul late in games when it’s the last thing we want. A good coach would know better Quote

TheWatShot Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 The first 15 or so minutes of this game, I was taken aback by how bad Nebraska looked. And we had to grind out a win against them. Josh 1 Quote

The narrative is tiresome. You can have games like these when you hang 3 banners. When is the last time we won a conference game convincingly? When is the last time adjustments were made to postively impact the outcome? Archie is a mediocre coach until he proves otherwise Loaded Chicken Sandwich, 8bucks, rcbowla and 1 other 4 Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Worst case was Phin's injury was bad and we lose without him second half. Thought that was probably's TJD's worst game of the year (still ended up at 15 and 10) -- or at the minimum Nebraska did enough to keep it out of his hands in the first half. 35 points between Phin and Al was big. Thought this was also one of the best games I've seen from Hunter. I think the most disappointing thing wasn't the threes we gave up -- but rather the string of time where their offense was simply isolation plays and our guards were getting beat. cappymo14 1 Quote

cthomas Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 We played a well rested Nebraska team, after a disappointing double overtime loss without our second leading scorer again, and found a way to win after blowing a big lead. Multiple guys stepped up and made game winning plays. If you're not happy with that, I've got nothing for you. HoosierAloha, darB s'tI and jk34 3 Quote

Bad shot selection (contested jumpers) that led to transition offense and us not getting back in transition along with them spreading the floor and driving was what let them back into the game. We were really good on defense early in the season but have definitely slipped since. Quote
