Aaron Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Officially putting in benchwarmers I have never heard of at receiver. Napleshoosier 1 Quote

No reason for him to be in there, especially if Penix has a serious injury and won't play for a while. With a 31 point lead I'd like to see Tuttle get some reps. Quote

Plus they were in complete defeated mode this entire half. Ramsey is solid but we can’t compete with OSU, UM and PSU with him in. In other news, where is James and Tuttle??? cthomas and Walking Boot of Doom 2 Quote

jmsgws Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 I really like watching Scott run. He isn't the fastest, nor the biggest, but he runs hard every time! Naturalhoosier, hoosierdogg and mamasa 3 Quote

LIHoosier Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Whitehead's had some great punts the last 2 weeks Quote
KingPG21 Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Yah time to get all the back ups out there. Gotta be as healthy as we can going into these next two games jmsgws 1 Quote
Aaron Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 To me the biggest change as the year has gone one has been the improvement of the offensive line. Scott could hardly run on anyone earlier in yr and now he is running really well and our QB's are hardly getting sacked. This has been the biggest thing that has led to our rise as year has gone on. jmsgws Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 I know Northwestern's offense is a hot mess, but outside of the stupid plays, but defense has also been pretty impressive tonight. And here is Tuttle! Quote
BGVille Hoosierfan Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 That awkward moment you have to point out Ramsey's numbers are better so far Penix: 5 drives...3 TDS, 1 FG, 1 puntRamsey: 6 drives, 1 TD, 1 FG, 4 puntsPenix is 10-15 with 166 total yards and 1 TD. Ramsey is 7-10 with 109 yards and 1 TD...how are Ramsey’s numbers better? I’ll take 80% scoring on drives compared to 33% all day...maybe that’s just me.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app The Ola Depot and Aeggie 2 Quote
LamarCheeks Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 I know it's probably not copacetic to pass with a 31-point lead and 3 minutes to play, but I wouldn't mind seeing Tuttle chuck up a couple -- just to see how he looks. Naturalhoosier 1 Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Goalposts seemed to have moved? A couple weeks ago weren’t allowed to take into account the situations each faced. Let’s see Penix did benefit from two short fields due to takes aways and 4 PIs in the end zone resetting downs for him. Quote
Crimson and Cream Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 7 wins folks. 7 wins, and 3 more games to go. What a special season this has turned into. Best start since the year I was born. jk34, mamasa, Naturalhoosier and 4 others 7 Quote

I don't think we stand a chance at Penn State regardless of our QB. At home against Michigan I'd prefer Penix, but we've been good enough elsewhere with Ramsey to do it this year Walking Boot of Doom, Aeggie and BGVille Hoosierfan 3 Quote
