Since no one had bothered to start the game thread, I figured I would! It's finally game week Hoosiers!! IU is currently the 17 point favorite and according to ESPN's Football Power Index, the Hoosiers have an 86.6% probability of winning. Let's see how Penix looks out there since suffering that ACL injury last year. My guess is new OC Kalen DeBoer will have a fairly conservative game plan to start out with in this first game.

I have never been so excited for an IU football season. I keep telling myself that is very very unwise because my heart won't be able to endure the inevitable. But hey, this program has to have some success sometime right? .....right?

Just impulse bought a 68 Rose Bowl throwback. Wife may get mad, but assuming that we make it this year it will all be worth it.

I think IU football will be better this year if they don't lose too many key players to injury. IU is notorious for slow starts. I hope the defense can hold BSU until the offense gets into a good rhythm.

Will be interesting to see if Ramsey and/or Tuttle get snaps tomorrow.  If so, might signal the QB battle is an ongoing thing.

It’s not. Tom Allen said this was Penixs team. It won’t be QB shuffle like seasons past

The only way they will come in is if it’s a blowout or an injury to Penix.
