They are young, and it is early, but after the Marquette game I thought there was a good possibility that Fitzner would be a very reliable 6th man. Also thought Smith would be integrated into the offense to a much greater degree.

There's never an excuse for the lack of effort we saw in the first 35 minutes. That's the kind of crap we wanted to believe we'd moved on from. I don't care if they're tired; tired is for losers.
