LamarCheeks Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Does the timing seem kind of strange on this? I've read name after name after name of draft-eligible players declare for the NBA and hire or not hire agents. And have read name after name of players who were transferring. All that time, nothing from B-Town. So I thought we were good to go. With that said, what's the Crystal Ball on this? I'm saying 85 percent he comes back. Hardwood83 Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Mildly surprised he waited this long. I will be shocked and disappointed if he stays in though. Class of '66 Old Fart, CR3AMnCR1MS0N and Jam 3 Quote
CR3AMnCR1MS0N Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Yeah, figured he might. No reason to worry until he decides to stay in, which I doubt happens because he doesn't have a consistent outside game and isn't quite NBA big-sized. Iugradman 1 Quote
ViaSwiss Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Considering he is not hiring an agent, I would not be too worried. He will find out his strengths and weaknesses and return most likely just like RoJo did. Class of '66 Old Fart and moyemayhem 2 Quote

A.j. Nigh Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 No way Romeo comes here if Morgan goes pro. I expect the coaching staff has kept the Langfords apprised of this situation.I almost wonder if the timing of this announcement isn’t a favor to Romeo to try and keep the suspense builtSent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app thebigweave 1 Quote
SlamaJamaSisley Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 As expected, and frankly he would be stupid not to go through the process the way it is all set up now. I also expect he will be back to partner with RoMeO and the others next year! moyemayhem, Iugradman, reconmkd and 3 others 6 Quote
Popular Post WayneFleekHoosier Posted April 12, 2018 Popular Post Posted April 12, 2018 Sad for me, happy for him. Can’t see him drafted so I think he comes back. But if not, he is an awesome player and person and I’ll be thrilled for him. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners chicagoHOOSIER, VO5, MIUGA and 6 others 9 Quote
maharkn Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 I would assume he will be told to come back and work on his handles and hit the 3 more consistently. Can't see him leaving to be a second round pick.Sent from my XT1650 using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

rebelhoosier848891 Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Congrats to Juwan! You have put in the hard work and deserve to be rewarded—hopefully AFTER NEXT SEASON! Can’t blame him for testing the waters and getting feedback on what he needs to work on. Here’s to hoping both he and Romeo are first rounders for IU after next season! What an inside—outside—1–2 punch that would be for IU next season!Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mamasa, moyemayhem, Walking Boot of Doom and 2 others 5 Quote

Hoosierfan2017 Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 @Chris007 have you heard anything about this? Was it something the staff has been expecting for a while? Quote
Walking Boot of Doom Posted April 12, 2018 Posted April 12, 2018 Don't fool yourself into believing this timing wasn't planned. I think every move Archie makes is highly calculated. Iugradman, A.j. Nigh, VO5 and 1 other 4 Quote
