Yes i heard troy signed a contract for a undisclosed amount but he had to give back 1 dollar for each turnover. He now owes iu somewhere around a million dollars

All true but I miss Troy! Talented player.

He was the most interesting player iu ever had imo. He was so skilled but has ridiculous turnovers. He was our key to success but still some fans could not stand him. I really think he would have been even better under a archie miller type coach who could get him playing under control

Can just imagine Archie telling him to slow down and Troy getting a confused look on his face.

He could run the baseline like no other.  He would've fit the current system nicely.

The only 3 players that I’m afraid that could have gotten money is Vonleh Bryant and Troy Williams
If I recall crean wasn't really on vonleh all that long before he verballed. Those three would certainly be the most concerning for getting paid.

Crean did better on quick, reactionary recruitments. We offered NV in May. We tried getting him to reclassify. Most everyone on his list didn’t. He committed after his visit in November. Not that quick really. I was more worried about Troy tbh, but he was staying with Boo. Boo has money. Blackmon was another that had me concerned. Big Tom was in there too. I don’t feel NV took money though.

I could see something like this from the NCAA:

TEAM A - player 12 --> paid 100,000 --> remove 1 scholarship and they have to say they're sorry.

TEAM B - player 11, 14 --> paid 140,000 -->  remove 1.4 scholarships and they have to say they're sorry

TEAM C - player 15,18,19,21 --> paid 1.3 million --> they have to say they're sorry

TEAM D - Player 00 - received Justin Bieber tickets --?> remove 6 scholarships yearly over the next 3 years, forfeit all their banners --> they're old and had nothing to do with this, but we need to make a point. Bring them down. Banned from the NCAA tournament for the next 6 years.
