Popular Post Class of '66 Old Fart Posted April 23, 2017 Popular Post Posted April 23, 2017 It's somewhat irrelevant because he isn't tying up a scholly but have their been any rumblings about McRoberts status for next season? Given the minutes he played for us last season, it's really a shame there isn't room to give him a scholly for next season. In terms of on-court value, he's more deserving than MSB - yes, I know I've just committed an act of heresy - and certainly more deserving than Gelon. Hoosierfan2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Cool seeing all the assistants in the video. It seemed like Green had good body language in the clip, which is important imo since it seemed like he had checked out last year. Archie even snuck in a partial smile. Quote

Popular Post HoosierDYT Posted April 24, 2017 Popular Post Posted April 24, 2017 Honestly I'm not sure why people dislike the Bruiser Flint hire. I watched the 30 for 30 on Calipari and Flint sounded intelligent, passionate, and truthful. If I was a top notch player, I'd play for him and buy in to his philosophy. All in all, CAM really did hire one of the best coaching staffs in the nation Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app LamarCheeks, Hoosierfan2017, BGleas and 10 others 13 Quote

McRoberts more than anything was given so much time because of other player lack of development or misses in scouting. I like McRoberts, but I'm hoping he isn't being counted on next year to play the kind of minutes he played last year. LockdownD, Kepner and ALASKA HOOSIER 3 Quote

But he is listed as a member of the 2017-18 staff. Perhaps that was Blackmon's way of biding adieu to IU. Quote

The managers probably won't be updated for a while, I don't think Blackmon would say farewell to IU by saying he'd miss a student manager. Ostrom was already at IU a while before they finally put him on the staffs roster page. Quote
