Plus with 4-6 new players will be good to have 7 players that already know the system. I still think Moore can be a big piece for us. If he wants it. Green can be great player as he showed in batches. Needs to be more consistent. Al could be a very solid piece even this year If not for sure his junior and senior year. ebridges24 1 Quote

Moore is so intriguing but has such a long way to go. I sure hope with him in the system for several years Archie can turn him into a player for us - will be nice to see a big develop under our coach for a changeSent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app ALASKA HOOSIER, thebigweave and chicagoHOOSIER 3 Quote
HoosierDYT Posted April 1, 2018 Posted April 1, 2018 I just hope that Langford’s late decision date doesn’t affect us in Taylor’s recruitment. It’s possible that Taylor wants to commit before late April and Romeo commits elsewhere in late April...that’d be worse case scenario. Quote

Highly doubt Langford would go elsewhere because Taylor committed here first. Worst case scenario would be not getting either of them. Quote

That would suck. Quote

cthomas Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 Of course I could be wrong, but I think he would rather be here without Langford. He would be option 1 at the position and could be a huge part of next year's team. With Langford, not so much. If Langford comes to IU, I wouldn't blame him for looking elsewhere. I just hope it's not Purdue. Class of '66 Old Fart and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote

Popular Post Stuhoo Posted April 2, 2018 Popular Post Posted April 2, 2018 Al Durham and Clifton Moore were on twitter accompanying Juwan, Justin, and Cliff Marshall to Easter services. Al also tweeting support for IUWBB. Good signs for sure. mamasa, GloryDays, HoosierAloha and 11 others 14 Quote

He has skills. He just needed some time to get bigger and adjust to the speed of the college game. Next year he should be able to contribute some minutes off the bench, and by the time he's an upperclassman I see him really being able to contribute. HoosierDYT Posted April 2, 2018 Posted April 2, 2018 Man, if Archie can retain the entire 2017 class AND develop Moore and Durham, that would be an easy testiment to how good of a coach he is. If anyone is familiar with Dayton basketball, think of Devin Oliver’s or Kendall Pollard’s development. mamasa, ALASKA HOOSIER and chicagoHOOSIER 3 Quote

I thought the same exact thing. Supposedly, one of the caveats to him re-committing to us was that he not redshirt. But for as little as he played, he might as well have -- and used last season to develop. Then, if he stays four years and wanted it, he'd have another year of eligibility. And if he didn't want that extra year, he could leave as a grad transfer or go play professionally somewhere (if he's good enough). Quote
