RIP, Arnie Bielema. Agree. IMO, once Bret got to Illinois I think he really mellowed out and became fairly likable. He seems to run and good program and he's good in interviews and funny on X. That said, I reserve all rights to change my mind in the future. ronzo4IU and ALASKA HOOSIER 1 1 Quote
go iu bb Posted Thursday at 03:34 PM Posted Thursday at 03:34 PM The B1G is implementing parts of the bad bill before Congress. The part that restricts NIL. They'll hurt themselves unless other conferences follow. I think the B1G and SEC want to get back to cheating helps teams. Looking at the numbers, this shouldn't hurt IU since the cap is more than what we currently spend. https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/big-ten-cap-nil-spending-protect-college-sports-act/ Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted Thursday at 08:12 PM Posted Thursday at 08:12 PM The federal court hearing the University of Cincinnati's breach of contract lawsuit against former quarterback Brendan Sorsby has denied Sorsby's motion to dismiss the lawsuit. The case will proceed to discovery and towards a trial. Wonder which side of this Sorsby had his wager. Hardwood83 and AZ Hoosier 2 Quote
Lebowski Posted Friday at 02:06 PM Posted Friday at 02:06 PM I don't know if any of y'all recall Coach Cig complaining about Memorial Stadium's press/coaches box but here's an example of what he came from. LOL! AZ Hoosier 1 Quote

People were cheating when all payments were illegal. Now that they just have to hide a portion of what they are paying, the cheating will be even harder to find/prove. Quote

Demo Posted Saturday at 12:36 AM Posted Saturday at 12:36 AM Wow, between the uniforms both schools are wearing, the attire of the Baylor interim HC and the condition of the field the Baylor-UCF game looks like a game between 2 not terribly affluent high schools. Home Jersey 1 Quote

KingPG21 Posted Saturday at 04:10 PM Posted Saturday at 04:10 PM I'm so interested in the NW-Oregon game today. Autzen is hard to play in. But I think NW is really legit, taking care of business today would be huge, they have a 10 straight week of game schedule. Winning today and next week, we could be talking about a 10-2 NW team with their only losses being us and OSU Quote
KingPG21 Posted Saturday at 04:11 PM Posted Saturday at 04:11 PM Not enough people are talking about North Texas. Very similar in concept to the Old Dominion and Kennesaw State games for us last year, No one thought they were significant, but quality teams. Huge game against UTSA in 2 weeks J34 1 Quote

They are the most comically unprepared team on defense that you’ll find this year. Watching them and then watching a Haines coached defense and the difference is comical. southsidehoosier and Home Jersey 2 Quote
