Stuhoo Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Dante Moore does not love ball. He seems like a really nice young man, but even before the injury he didn't seem to love ball. And now he is legit badly injured; the worst kind of injury - a severe concussion. I wonder if he is considering giving up ball for good. cthomas, J34, DChoosier and 1 other 4 Quote
DChoosier Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Dante cost himself a bunch of $$$$$$$$$$$ by coming back for another year. Will any team draft Moore or Archie (although I think he might stay in college) in the first round? If they do, big mistake. skhoosier2 1 Quote

No, unless they hire Chris Ballard before the draft. ronzo4IU and OliviaPope40 2 Quote

(although I think they hit paydirt with Cooper and Ponds). skhoosier2 and Home Jersey 2 Quote

Probably thought his stock dropped and thought he could improve it this year given the team he had coming back, however this is a good example of what CAN happen if you do return. He may go much later rounds than he would have although I'd argue that this class was supposed to be strong and who is really performing this season up to expectations? Feel for the kid. Really screwed himself by not going. Home Jersey 1 Quote

I would hope he would go elsewhere if he transferred, but I'd expect him to come back to Oregon. In the two games he played against IU last year he really wilted under the defensive pressure coming at him. Really strikes me as a player who succeeds against lesser competition but struggles mightily against a good defense. Quote

Yeah, you can't mess around when a guy who fenced after he hit. Tua should have hung it up after his. skhoosier2 and Home Jersey 2 Quote

That's why the NFL may pass on him, draft him much later, or sign him as an undrafted free agent. That's a risk many teams may not want to take. That's not your run of the mill concussion. Hate that for him. Quote

I would be shocked if he was taken in the 1st round now between the injury and the season he was having before that. I'm not sure if he's even a day 2 draftee, at this point. I do think he's good enough that he'll get drafted but it'll be way lower than it would have been last year, with the concussion being a large part of that. skhoosier2 1 Quote
