The amount of money Notre Dame gets to pocket being an independent is probably turning heads in all of the football conferences. If they get to the playoffs and win some games they can close the gap to some extent since they don’t have to share as much revenue, but as we’ve seen that’s not a given! Home Jersey Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 ND was supposed to have a book signing at their campus bookstore with a guy who sat on the CFP committee and wrote a book about Frank Leahy. They cancelled it suddenly which apparently came as a surprise to him. In fact, he had to recuse himself from CFP discussions about ND because his book was thought to bias him in their favor.
