I am watching a Big Ten network special about the '87 team.

Daryl Thomas mentioned being suspended for missing a class and tonight we are playing a team that often does not even have a class to go to. 

They are in trouble if they do attend.[emoji2]

The above is a quote from Doyel's article today. The nice thing is the hoosiers have shown grit and toughness and anything but pretty at times. So Berry that's fine you can out-pretty us all you want. We'll out tough you.

A lot of that is because they are of a certain religious persuasion.  Most ND "fans" that I met there didn't even know where South Bend was.

I watched the highlights of the 87 championship season on BTN this afternoon. At the closing segment of the program, Alford said that winning the Big 10 championship had eased all the pressures on the players. So, going forward they played loose to,win the Natty. I hope this team feels similiar.

I think it is crucial for Bryant to avoid cheap fouls and play the whole game. He can make the difference.

The most consistent thing I've heard about the team from every interview I've listened to and article I've read is that they're loose. This team is having a blast every game and as long as they are, they'll take us for a ride.
