Garlands recruitment has a lot of similarities to the Zeller recruitment. Nobody really knew until the announcement. I think the coaches found out just before he announced. Fans from IU, Butler and UNC all had some optimism that they were getting him.

My gut feeling is that IU wins tonight and that news leaks about garland committing to Indiana during the game.

Meyer responded "don't know" to someone asking him if he's going to keep his CB pick or switch. Think that's just another indication that it's radio silence from the Garland camp.

I haven't seen anything. I feel like a local Nashville TV station might but that's just my guess.

Pretty sure the Scout HQ visit was a result of them going to Nashville for the announcement, not the other way around.
